Welfare as a contribution to the community
Atlas Concorde is actively engaged in the welfare of the community it operates in. Currently this engagement takes the form of "ordinary" initiatives in the area such as sponsorships, donations, training, and awards, and "extraordinary" support such as the contributions made for post-earthquake reconstruction in the municipalities of Lower Modena.

Company park
The Atlas Concorde company park is truly unique in the ceramic district in terms of its vastness, beauty, and hospitality. Spread over more than four hectares, it offers prestige and health not only to the company's customers and employees, but also to the entire surrounding community, functioning as a green oasis in the midst of a high-density industrial area.
Concorde nursery
This educational facility is open to the children of employees and the local area and is managed directly by qualified staff of the Concorde Group. It hosts children from 1 to 5 years operating as a nursery, pre-school and 06 experimental school with a continuous growth program based on the Montessori Method and the involvement of the family in educational activities.

Its hours are flexible to meet the needs of parents' work shifts and the educational programs are bilingual. The nursery is built in an eco-sustainable manner with effective energy efficiency obtained through a system of cogeneration, solar panels and insulation.
The kitchen is internal and offers a 100% organic menu made with local products, fruits and vegetables picked from its own garden to help teach children and families about nutrition.
