With the contribution of Massimo Duroni, bioarchitect and professor at Milan Polytechnic, the role of materials was reflected upon, both at the level of customer perception and as a vehicle for conveying sustainable values, a crucial issue for companies and consumers today.Specifically, characteristics and benefits of environmentally sustainable materials were examined, from the design phase to practical application within stores, with the opportunity to view and handle samples of materials during the event.The meeting was moderated by Francesca Zorzetto, journalist and visual merchandising trainer and consultant.
